The differences that I have noticed from part one and part two is very different. In part one there is lots of colors mostly black and white but there are other colors and in part two there is none. With the colors Meursault is seeing beautiful things but, they are strange things or the colors are describing an object.  But, in part two Meursault doesn’t see anything beautiful.  In part one Meursault has these emotions of getting tired a lot and getting annoyed by the most bizarre things but, in part two all of that disappears he only gets “irritated” when the judge talks about Meursault’s mother. Another thing that happens in part one is that Meursault doesn’t care about anything but, in part two he was interested in the trial (his trial). Also in part two unlike part one Meursault is very observant of everything around him. For instance on page 87, “The reporters were writing the whole time.” I think it is very strange for him to be so observant now instead of earlier when he could have enjoyed himself better.
